I am Attorney Lynn Carroll, an experienced trial and litigation attorney with years of experience helping clients with their legal problems. The three largest parts of my practice are family law, personal injury and criminal law (including DUI/DWI/ASSAULT). In the family law area, I have significant experience handling divorce, child support, contempt actions, custody, visitation, and adoption.

Since approximately 90% of my practice is devoted to litigation, I am very familiar with the Texas court system and its procedures. There is seldom a day that I am not in court. Over time I have developed good working relationships with the majority of judges in the area and with the court clerks who keep the system running. This is an absolute necessity to ensure that a case is handled efficiently and doesn't get buried in the court system.
