Drug possession: A felony offense for possession under the Texas Controlled Substances Act (Chapter 481, Health and Safety Code) or the Texas Dangerous Drugs Act (Chapter 483, Health and Safety Code), other than possession with the intent to deliver or sell.

Possession, Possession with intent to Deliver, Drug Conspiracy, Cocaine, Marijuana, Xanax, Heroine, Ecstasy, Codeine (Syrup), Meth, Amphetamine, PCP, Vicodin, illegally obtained prescription drugs are a few examples of cases that we can help you with.  Drug crimes can ruin your life.  For example under section 481.1115 of the Health and Safety Code:  Possession–penalty group 1–Life or 10 to 99 years and up to $100,000 if 400 g or more;  1st degree if 200 g or more but less than 400 g, 2d degree if 4 g or more but less than 200 g, 3d degree if 1 g or more but less than 4 g; State jail if less than 1 g. 

Drug Sale or Manufacture: A Felony offense under the Texas Controlled Substances Act (Chapter 481, Health and Safety Code) or the Texas Dangerous Drugs Act (Chapter 483, Health and Safety Code) for the manufacture, delivery, sale, or possession with intent to deliver or sell a drug or controlled substance. 

 Penalty Group 1 pursuant to section 481 of the Health and Safety Code carries a punishment of Life or 15 to 99 years and up to $250,000 if 400 g or more;  Life or 10 to 99 years and up to $100,000 if 200 g or more but less than 400 g.
